About Transform Awards 2024

Pakistan’s most prestigious business awards, where small, medium, mid-sized, and large corporations can participate to be declared as the top-performing organizations/businesses in Pakistan each year

CxO Global Forum is on a mission to represent the entire industry by building an ecosystem. The most integral part of this mission is industry recognition in all segments and categories of the Pakistani market. This will encourage new players to showcase their organizations on larger platforms and contribute to the GDP, thereby uplifting Pakistan’s image in the international community as well.

Business Transformation Award has two categories :

Prime

Those organizations who have a proven record of more than 5 years with having more than 100 employees retained from the last year including the growth of revenues, employability, innovation, transformation of human capital, culture & processes.

Criteria:

Corporate Governance Compliance Annual Turnover: minimum Rs. 500 Million or above for the last fiscal year

Emerging

Small & Medium size organizations that have at least 3 years of record with proper legal status and have at least 30 Employees retained over the last two years including the growth of revenues, employability, innovation, transformation of human capital, culture & processes.

Criteria:

Annual Turnover: Minimum Rs. 50 Million to 400 Million for the last fiscal year Registered company under SECP with proper tax returns

Registration Process

The process is simple, just fill out a detailed form to provide details about your organization. After the submission of the Registration form, if your nomination has been accepted, you will get the evaluation form to fill out, which will directly be provided to the Jury.

A due diligence process will take around 10 to 15 days. The jury will decide the award category and will be declared on the ceremony day.

Refund

If your registration is not accepted by the administration for any reason which will be provided, the refund of the full amount will be made within 15 days. If any organization wants to cancel the registration, there will be no refund.
